The Terra Ériú State Assembly is the lawful 'Ireland' Assembly, that has been Publicly Declared and Operating on the Land & Soil on 'Ireland' since July 5th, 2024.
We are Indigenous 'Irish' living souls, men and women, who have assembled and organised lawfully and peacefully, pursuant to the foundational principles of self-governance.
We are focussed on helping 'Irish' State Citizens to lawfully reclaim their birthright political status as State Nationals, living men and living women, and establish true freedom through proper jurisdiction.
Our mission is guided by the work of Anna Maria Reizinger, our declared lawful Fiduciary, to restore lawful governance and the protection of the rights of our People.

Understanding the Fraud When You Were Born – Your Strawman/Strawwoman
Your Legal ‘Dead’ Person vs Lawful Living Soul Status
When you were born, through the registration of your Birth Certificate, the Irish Government Corporation, deceiving your Mother and Father by pretending to be the real lawful Public Government, created a legal fictional name from your lawful given names give to you boy your Mother and Father.
This fictional name was used to turn your living status as a boy or girl into a Corporation – a non-living legal entity i.e. your Legal Person/Legal Fiction, and this placed you on the Sea Jurisdiction – when you should have been recorded as living on the Land & Soil Jurisdiction.

This is where all decisions in terms the Governance of the Nation through the Will of the People is Publicly Declared and Recorded e.g. Public Official Elections, Public Services, Geopolitical Structure.
Jural Assembly
This is where the Peoples Courts and Judiciary System is created and operated on International Land & National Soil Jurisdictions and under Natural Law. The State Assembly creates a Superior Court and the Local/County Assemblies create Supreme Courts. This is where the Will of the People enforces and holds accountable the Lawful Government, who stand under the Contract made by the People, the Constitution.
Militia Assembly
This is where the Security and Safety of the People and the Nation is enforced with Common Law Policing, Military and other Security Infrastructure.
International Business Assembly
This is where International Business is done between the State Assembly and Local/County Assemblies such as International Treaties, International Trade, Banking etc.

Anna holds a position of trust and responsibility, serving the Assembly Members and all ‘Irish’ Nationals who have reclaimed their Birthright Political Status, and she must ensure all operations align with lawful principles.

Our assembly serves all living ‘Irish’ State Citizens who have been born on the Land of ‘Ireland’ or who have lived here for 1 year and 1 day or more and indeed for any ‘Irish’ Citizen who has recently moved to ‘Ireland’ and who wants to learn all about how to declare as a living ‘Irish’ State National. We will provide guidance, education and support for all those who chose Good over Evil and who want to return home to the Land & Soil on Terra Ériú and achieve true freedom.
